About the author
Yago Feliz (pseudonym) is a theologian and specialist in Islam and Christian-Muslim relations. A former research assistant at a center devoted to the demographic study of religion, he is a recent doctoral graduate of a British university in a centre focusing on Islam and inter-religious relations. He examines Western (theological) approaches to Islam and inter-religious self-identity. Other projects include early-modern Spanish Islam and more issues in the history and theology of Christian-Muslim relations.
Yago is married to a beautiful and wonderfully brilliant muchacha (she is a former student of the same British university where her dissertation, “Hasan al-Banna’ and Jami’at al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun in Egypt: An Examination of their Roots in Social Justice,” was accepted in late-2007 with distinction). They live in the sunny city of the sacrament.
